Mark a filing as filed with ACRA

Who does this: XBRL Reviewer · Platform Admin only — MARK_XBRL_FILED. Senior Accountant does not hold this. When: You've uploaded the BizFinx XLSX through ACRA's BizFinx Preparation Tool (out-of-band) and received the ACRA filing acknowledgement / reference. Result: Filing transitions to FILED. acraFilingReference, filedAt, filedById recorded. Sealed for editing.

IMPORTANT

Only XBRL_REVIEWER and PLATFORM_ADMIN may mark filed. The boundary deliberately matches human accountability with the regulator — whoever marks the filing is the one taking responsibility with ACRA.

Before you start

• [ ] Filing at EXPORTED with at least one BizFinx XLSX artifact.
• [ ] You uploaded the workbook to ACRA via the BizFinx Preparation Tool.
• [ ] You have the ACRA filing reference / acknowledgement on hand.
• [ ] You hold MARK_XBRL_FILED.

Steps

1. Open the filing detail page.
2. Click Mark filed.
3. Provide the ACRA filing reference (e.g. BIZFINX-2026-12345).
4. Confirm. Filing transitions EXPORTED → FILED.

How to know it worked

• Filing status badge shows FILED.
• acraFilingReference, filedAt, filedById are populated on the filing detail page.
• Activity log shows xbrl.filing.marked_filed.
• Edit controls disappear from the filing page.

Common situations

400 reason: "missing_acra_reference"	The reference field is empty	The reference is mandatory — the filing audit trail with the regulator depends on it
