Dispatch the XBRL portal link

Who does this: XBRL Reviewer · Senior Accountant · Platform Admin When: Filing is at EXPORTED and you want the client approver to confirm UEN and sign off before submission to ACRA. Result: A PortalInvitation, an email in the client's inbox, and an activity-log entry.

Before you start

• [ ] Filing at EXPORTED with at least one BizFinx or XML artifact.
• [ ] Client has at least one active contact with canApprove = true.
• [ ] You hold MANAGE_XBRL_FILING.

Steps

1. Open the filing detail page.
2. Click Send to client for sign-off.
3. Pick the approver contact; submit.
4. Outbound email is dispatched with a 30-day magic link.

How to know it worked

• One email in Mailpit / client inbox, subject XBRL filing ready for sign-off: {Legal Name} ({period_start} → {period_end}).
• Activity log shows xbrl.client.signoff_requested.
• Filing detail page shows the outstanding invitation.
