Review a correspondence item

The Correspondence staff UI has been removed and the backend parked under archive/ pending a rehome; this page is not reachable in the running app today.

Who: Correspondence Operator or Reviewer. Where: /dashboard/correspondence (parked — see the note above).

Steps

1. Open the document from the queue. (TODO)
2. Read the OCR'd text and the extracted item(s). (TODO)
3. Check the client match. (TODO)
4. Mark the item clean, or defer / hold it as an exception. (TODO)
